Delivery and Return Conditions

1. Delivery Conditions
- Product: HUR-UAV-01 multirotor UAV.
- Delivery time: Within 7 business days of order confirmation and receipt of the upfront payment (50%).
- Delivery address: The address given by the buyer when ordering. Standard delivery is within Türkiye; delivery abroad requires a prior quotation.
- Shipping: The shipping fee and carrier are stated in the order quotation.
- Receiving the goods: The buyer or an authorized person inspects the package on delivery. If there is damage or something is missing, they must have the carrier record it in a report and notify us as soon as possible.
- Invoice: The invoice is issued with the company name and tax details provided by the buyer.
2. Price and Payment
- The unit price of the HUR-UAV-01 is 175,000 TRY + VAT. VAT is added separately according to the applicable legislation.
- Payment plan: 50% upfront at order confirmation, the remaining 50% upon delivery.
- Payments are taken through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Your card details are not seen or stored by FLYZONE/ENERGCO.
3. Returns, Withdrawal and Cancellation
Business buyers: Purchases made for commercial or professional purposes on behalf of a company, university, institution or team are not covered by the right of withdrawal under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. For these buyers, cancellation, return and exchange conditions are set by the order quotation and the Distance Sales Contract.
Buyers acting as consumers: If the buyer purchases for non-commercial and non-professional purposes, they have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, under the Distance Contracts Regulation. Notice of withdrawal can be sent to us in writing or via WhatsApp. The returned product must be complete, unused and in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products customized to the buyer's requests or personal needs.
Refunds: When a return or withdrawal is accepted, the product price is refunded within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are determined according to the applicable legislation.
Cancellation: To cancel an order before shipment, contact us; the request is assessed according to the contract terms.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the delivered product differs from the one ordered or is defective, the buyer must notify us in writing. In commercial sales, obvious defects must be reported within 8 days of delivery under the Turkish Commercial Code. If a defect is confirmed, the product is repaired, replaced or, if that is not possible, refunded. Statutory warranty and liability for defects remain unaffected.
5. Use of the Product
The buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable regulations when using the product, including those of the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM).
