BUYER: The person or organization whose name/company name, address, phone, email and (where applicable) tax details are stated in the order form or order quotation.

Article 2 – Subject

This contract governs the sale and delivery of the product described below, ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website (gps-denied-drone.flyzone.pro), and the rights and obligations of the parties. Where the BUYER is a consumer, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply; for business buyers, the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Turkish Commercial Code apply.

Article 3 – Product and Price

Article 4 – Payment

50% of the price is paid upfront at order confirmation and the remaining 50% upon delivery. Payments are taken through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure.

Article 5 – Delivery

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

If the BUYER acts as a consumer, they may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Notice of withdrawal is given to the SELLER in writing or via WhatsApp (00 90 536 697 62 22). The product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging; the price is refunded within 14 days at the latest using the same payment method. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products customized to the BUYER's requests or personal needs.

If the BUYER purchases for commercial or professional purposes (on behalf of a company, university, institution or team), the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply; cancellation, return and exchange conditions are set by the order quotation and this contract.

Article 7 – Defective Goods

If the delivered product is defective or differs from the one ordered, the BUYER notifies the SELLER in writing. In commercial sales, obvious defects must be reported within 8 days of delivery under the Turkish Commercial Code. The SELLER repairs or replaces the product or, if that is not possible, refunds the price. Statutory warranty and liability for defects remain unaffected.

Article 8 – Pre-Contract Information

The BUYER accepts that before ordering they were informed about the essential characteristics of the product, the price, payment and delivery conditions, the right of withdrawal and the ways to apply, and that they confirmed this information electronically.

Article 9 – Dispute Resolution

Where the BUYER is a consumer, disputes within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the residence of the BUYER or SELLER, and disputes above those limits by Consumer Courts. For business buyers, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

Article 10 – Entry into Force

By confirming the order electronically, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this contract. The contract enters into force at the moment of order confirmation.
